Current Standard Charges
The information provided on this page includes Hamilton Center’s standard charges. This price transparency document is intended to help our patients understand what their potential financial liability might be for services they obtain at Hamilton Center. However, it is important to understand that this list of charges is often not equivalent to the actual amount paid by governmental or commercial insurance companies and each patient’s financial responsibility may vary. The amount a patient pays is based on many factors including health insurance, benefit plan design, other applicable discounts as well as the services provided to the patient based on their unique needs.

Fees
Fees are based on the costs of providing services. Our rates are competitive. Depending on the type of behavioral health coverage a person has, costs may be covered by insurance, Medicaid, Medicare, or other managed care plans.
Indiana residents may be eligible for fee adjustments for certain services provided. Eligibility in these programs is based on family size, family income, and clinical diagnosis. When appropriate, our staff can assist in designing a payment plan for our clients.
