PATH (Homeless Resources)

Projects for Assistance in Transition from Homelessness (PATH)

If you are at risk of becoming homeless or are currently homeless, PATH can assist you.  There are two Outreach Workers: Kelli Fuller and Bonnie Wallace, who can provide referrals and assistance with obtaining insurance, benefits, emergency shelter, housing, employment, legal concerns, health and mental health services.  The program helps to reduce barriers and provide supportive services to those individuals with serious mental illness and /or serious mental illness with substance abuse.  Currently the PATH team does weekly visits to Conner Center, Light House Mission, Timothy’s House, Bethany House, and CODA emergency shelter.  Please contact Kelli Fuller (812) 231-8322 or Bonnie Wallace (812) 231-8305 for an individual appointment or program information.
