Employment Solutions is a program of Hamilton Center, Inc. that works closely with the Office of Vocational Rehabilitation Services www.in.gov/fssa/ddrs/2636.htm to help you overcome barriers to employment. Employment Solutions isn't a staffing agency, we are your staffing solution and source for unique applicants who show up ready for work and are eager to learn. Our employment programs are devoted to assisting citizens 18 and older who have experienced barriers to employment gain the experience and skills they need to obtain and maintain competitive employment.
Our assertive team networks and forms relationships with the local businesses in our community, by seeking opportunities for our consumers whenever an appropriate position is either located, or developed in conjunction with the employer in the counties of Vigo, Parke, Vermillion, Clay, Putnam and Sullivan.
Project SEARCH …School to work Transition: is a unique transition program designed for students with disabilities. It is targeted for high school seniors whose main goal is employment and will benefit from career exploration. The cornerstone of the one school-year program is immersion into Union Hospital. The students learn employability and job skills while participating in a series of 3 internships in 3 different departments at Union. During this time your student will learn or strengthen the transferrable skills that they already possess.
Offender Workforce Development Trained: Through this training our staff has been provided with the knowledge and skills required to deliver effective workforce development services to increase positive outcomes and to better prepare those individuals being released with the best possible start at rebuilding their lives.
Ticket to Work/ EN Provider: The purpose of the Ticket Program is to offer you the supports you need to increase your ability to work, your earnings, and the chance that you will become and stay self- supporting to the fullest extent possible.
