Marketplace Enrollment and Information Event
If you are interested in signing up for Marketplace insurance, finding out more about your options or would like to meet an in-person with Navigator, Wabash Valley Health Center along with the Hamilton Center, Affiliated Service Providers of Indiana (ASPIN), and the Indiana Primary Health Care Association will be hosting an Enrollment and Information Event at 1436 Locust Street in Terre Haute on Wednesday, March 19 from 9:00 to 3:00. Additional follow up appointments will be held on Wednesday, March 26.
Navigators are trained and certified to provide assistance in a fair, accurate, and impartial manner to those enrolling in healthcare plans on the Marketplace. Navigators conduct public education activities like the one hosted at Wabash Valley Health Center to raise awareness about affordable coverage options and provide referrals to other consumer assistance resources when appropriate.
During the last three weeks of the open enrollment period, it is expected that more Indiana residents will be signing up for affordable, quality health care thanks to the Affordable Care Act. February data indicates that over 47,000 people in Indiana have signed up through the Federal Marketplace.
