Over the years, Susan has had the opportunity to expand her field of service and has provided services to teens, couples, children, individuals with addictions, and court-ordered individuals. She's a strong advocate of self-empowerment, recognizing and encouraging utilization of strengths, motivating others to do and be better, and is guided by the principles and ethical standards set forth by NASW.

Susan currently lives in Indianapolis with her husband. When not working, she enjoys reading, dancing to reggae and soca, and travelling.
