Our Clay County office is located east of the Courthouse approximately one mile, across from the Clay County Hospital on National Ave.
Services
Hamilton Center, Inc. provides a wide range of services designed to meet the needs of Clay County residents. Those services include:
Adult Outpatient
Services
Most clients seek services to gain better control and understanding of
the challenges they face. Typical issues include depression, anxiety,
anger management, relationship problems, stress, coping with chronic illness,
child management and adjustment to school or work. Services offered include
individual, family and couples counseling, group therapy and psychological
assessments.
Child &
Adolescent Outpatient Services
Hamilton Center provides the highest quality behavioral health services
to children, adolescents and families struggling with issues such as Attention
Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, behavioral
problems, addiction problems, etc. Services include individual, family,
and group therapy as well as psychological assessments and home-based
case management services.
Addictions
Services
Addiction services provide support to adults and adolescents who are struggling
with chemical dependency and/or abuse problems. Treatment is individualized
and includes individual and group counseling, as well as an intensive
outpatient program (IOP).
Psychiatric
Services
Psychiatrists are available to provide evaluations, consultations and
medication management services.
Case Management
Services
Home-based and case management services are an important part of treatment,
providing a link to community resources and assisting the consumer with
living in the community as independently as possible.
24-Hour Crisis
Services
We are on call 24 hours a day for those needing emergency treatment. For
emergency service, call our Access Center at 800-742-0787.
Inpatient
Services
Hamilton Center, Inc. operates a 16 bed adult inpatient unit located at
the corporate office in Terre Haute. We also work with child and adolescent
inpatient service providers throughout the state of Indiana.
