Our multidisciplinary approach to care includes a treatment team of psychiatrists, physicians, nurses, psychologists, social workers, case managers, marriage and family therapists, addictions counselors and other mental health professionals. Our staff works together to coordinate treatment so that we can serve our clients in the most effective and efficient way possible.

In addition to the above mentioned mental health professionals, we also employ a number of individuals in non-treatment roles. Accounting, Public Relations, Information Systems, Human Resources, Administrative, Clerical and Educational roles are just a few examples.

The Hamilton Center, Inc. employee benefit package is structured to ensure employees receive adequate information on available behavioral health and addictions treatment services and alternative service providers as well as access to services. Employees, spouses and dependents may receive up to 3 crisis encounters, if necessary, during referral to alternative treatment (excludes Rehabilitation Services, Infant and Toddler Services and Child and Adolescent Alternative Classroom).
